 HE ANNIE AWARDS are the highest honor given for excellence in animation.
Each year, Annie Award trophies are awarded for the year's best feature
film, video, television program, commercial, and animated interactive production;
as well as individual achievement by artists, writers and voice talent.
The most prestigious awards given at the annual award ceremonies are the
June Foray award, presented for special service to the artform; and the
Winsor McCay award for a lifetime of achievement in animation.
The 28th Annual Annie Awards ceremony will be held Saturday, November 11, 2000 at the Alex Theatre 216 N. Brand Blvd. in Glendale, CA. Valet Parking Available A Reception will commence at 5:00 pm with Ceremony starting at 7:00 pm. A Post Awards Celebration will follow the Awards Presentation. Black Tie |
