A Members Screening of Ruben Brandt, Collector

Ruben Brandt, a psychotherapist, is forced to steal 13 paintings from the world’s museums and private collections to prevent his terrible nightmares, a result of subliminal messaging he received as a child. Accompanied by his patients, and a band of thieves who strike with great success at the Louvre, Tate, Uffizi, Hermitage, MoMA, “The Collector” quickly becomes the most wanted criminal in the world. Gangsters chase him while the reward for his capture keeps rising. A cartel of insurance companies entrusts a private detective and to solve the “Collector Case.”

A Q&A with director Milorad Krstić will follow the screening, moderated by Jerry Beck.
