GKids and Nickelodeon Special Screenings of Lu Over The Wall and The Night Is Short, Walk On Girl
The first two films on the GKIDS 2018 feature film slate, LU OVER THE WALL and NIGHT IS SHORT, WALK ON GIRL will screen for ASIFA Members at Nickelodeon on September 14th and 19th respectively.
Lu Over The Wall
Kai is a gloomy but talented middle school student. His classmates invite him to join their garage band, but their practice sessions bring an unexpected guest: Lu, a young mermaid whose fins turn to feet when she hears music and whose singing causes humans to compulsively dance – whether they want to or not!

The Night Is Short, Walk On Girl
The story of “Otome” and her insanely long night of partying and drinking…complete with a book fair, festival, and many adventures in between. Also the story of “Senpai,” a guy who has been attempting to get closer to her by “coincidentally” running into her again and again. However, on this night, meeting up with her may be the greatest challenge of his life.
