Crysta, a fairy, lives in FernGully, a spectacular Amazon rainforest. But a menacing logging company and the evil Hexxus (Tim Curry), is out to destroy their magical home. Crysta, with the aid of forest creatures, including a bat named Batty (Robin Williams), the Beetle Boys, and a young logger must try to save the forest. This beautifully animated environmental adventure is a wonderful way to celebrate Earth Day with your family. (1992, Dir: Bill Kroyer, 76 min).
