Nickelodeon and GKIDS Welcomes Members to a Special Screening of Fireworks

Genki Kawamura follows up Your Name, producing another tale of star-crossed teenagers with a sci-fi fantasy twist. Shy Norimichi and fast-talking Yusuke, are crazy over the same elusive classmate, Nazuna. But Nazuna plans to run away from home and has chosen Norimichi to accompany her. Things don’t go as planned and Norimichi discovers that a glowing multi-colored ball he’s found has the power to reset the clock and give them a second chance to be together. However, each reset adds new complications, taking the two farther and farther away from the real world.

Fireworks is a tale of youthful wistfulness, missed opportunities, long-ago dreams, the urgency of young lovers and the desire to create a separate universe a outside of time.
