#Oscar Nominees for #Animated Short Subject Showcased for #ASIFA Membership

Acme Filmworks and AWN presented the 2014 #Oscar® Showcase of 86th Academy Award® Nominated Best Animated Short Films, proudly sponsored by ASIFA-Hollywood and was presented in the Ray Harryhausen Theater at Sony Pictures Animation.

The screening included the following shorts: Feral, Get a Horse!, Mr Hublot, Possessions, and Room on the Broom.

After the screening, a Q&A, moderated by Ron Diamond, included the filmmakers who discussed technique, their journeys to creating their films and the creative process. The filmmakers in attendance were Daniel Sousa and Dan Golden (Feral), Lauren MacMullan (Get a Horse!), Laurent Witz and Alexandre Espigares (Mr Hublot), and Max Lang and Jan Lachauer (Room on the Broom).
